Welcome to the Club. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theoldladylaundry.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Old Lady Laundry Club ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Marie would say the same thing, just louder.

1. Who can shop here

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

2. Our products

DRY YA BALLS™ are reusable wool dryer balls. They help keep fabrics from clumping and support airflow in the dryer. Results may vary by dryer, fabric, and load size. We do not promise miracles—we promise wool balls designed to do their job.

Use them right, kid:

  • For use in tumble dryers only, with wet laundry.
  • They may look like toys, but they are not toys. Keep them away from small children and pets.
  • Contains wool. If you have a wool allergy or sensitivity, take that seriously.
  • Follow your garment and appliance care instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the product or dryer.

3. Orders, pricing, and availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders, including orders that appear fraudulent or intended for unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or refund.

4. Shipping

Shipping terms, timelines, tracking information, and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery windows are estimates measured in business days from the ship date and are not guarantees. We address lost, damaged, and missing packages according to the Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

Our return window, eligibility requirements, and process are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.

6. Your account and conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by engaging in unlawful activity, scraping or attempting to extract Site data without permission, interfering with Site operation, submitting false information, or impersonating the Laundry Ladies. We may refuse service to anyone who abuses our staff, systems, products, or policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including the Old Lady Laundry Club and DRY YA BALLS™ names, logos, characters, Marie and Loretta, photographs, graphics, and copy—belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use them commercially without prior written permission.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, or other content to us, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for operating and marketing Old Lady Laundry Club. Contact us if you have a question about how submitted content is used.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly provided in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim arising from these Terms or a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site or products, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when the latest version took effect. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
