Shipping policy

ONE OPTION, DONE RIGHT.

We currently ship within the United States using one standard shipping option.

Standard shipping: $4.99
Free standard shipping: Orders of $35 or more
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery after shipment: 7–15 business days

The delivery window starts once your order ships, not when it is placed, and does not include processing time. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Weekends, holidays, carrier disruptions, and severe weather may affect timing.

Tracking

The moment your balls are on the move, you will receive a tracking link by email. Give the link up to 24 hours to begin updating. If it has been longer than that, email support@theoldladylaundry.com and we will look into it.

Wrong address?

It happens, honey. If you catch it within 12 hours of ordering, email support@theoldladylaundry.com with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to update it before the shipping label is created. Once an order ships, we cannot reroute it.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order is marked delivered but has not appeared, contact us within 30 days of the ship date. We will investigate with the carrier and, when a package is confirmed lost or misdelivered, provide a replacement or refund. The Club does not leave anyone standing at the mailbox.
